I spoke too soon. A few days after posting I had to remove 5 of my 9 earrings I would normally wear due to infection. (or near infection. This was not as bad as the last time). So I am consistently only wearing 4 of my of 9, or 10 that I would normally wear. 😉
I am so looking forward to the photo shoot in 2 weeks. I hope to post pics from the actual shoot here, or at plurk as it happens. 🙂
until then… Cheers! ~ Starri
HI Starri: just to be clear; the infection with your earrings had NOTHING to do with your surgery ; right?
Hi Pat, It’s Great to hear from you again!! The answer to your question is yes and no. lol The fact that I can not feel my ears is a direct result of my surgery, (which I am so pleased with and would do again in a heartbeat) and this results in me not being able to feel when there is a problem. I could mitigate this by taking my earrings out daily, which I don’t. 😉 Thank you for stopping back, and for your comment.
It gives a nice individual spin on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to talk about is the most important factor.
Thank you Erik. I try to put an individual spin things…LOL Thank you for your comment.
Hi Knyte *hugs*. Have you checked with your doctor if you have metal allergy? I’ve read few tips on it since I create a lot of earrings too. Wear the earrings only after you have apply your make up and perfume. Some chemical might react badly with metal. For time being just those stated as “Nickel Free”
Hiya Sweetie!! *hugs back* Thank you for coming to see me!! The problem is not a metal allergy, it is that I have not yet regained feeling. LOL and I do intend to own some of your earrings someday very soon. Love to all at Plurk I miss you all very much.
